Joff Philossaint - Advocate for Opportunity, and Second Chances

Joff Philossaint is a visionary leader, social entrepreneur, and humanitarian dedicated to creating opportunities for underserved communities across Haiti and the United States. He has founded and led multiple organizations focused on education, food security, disaster relief, and reentry support for returning citizens. Joff Philossaint's work reflects a belief deeply rooted in service: that every individual deserves dignity, opportunity, and a second chance to thrive.

Joff Philossaint’s commitment to social justice expanded when he served as an assistant coordinator at Fondation Rights for All in Port-au-Prince from 2012 to 2016. There, he supported community advocacy efforts focused on legal rights, social services, and basic human needs. His work helped amplify the voices of marginalized groups and strengthened his resolve to create systems of support that restore dignity and improve the quality of life for those in crisis.

In 2017, he founded Royal Elite Trans LLC, a venture that gave him experience in strategy, negotiation, and organizational management. He is currently the co-founder of the God Hand Foundation, a non-profit that provides comprehensive support to underserved communities through disaster recovery, education, and food security.
